Darren Barber BSc (Hons) ITEC REP's

Throughout life Darren has always taken a keen interest in health and fitness, and thrown his body to the mercy of competitive sport.  This has demonstrated to him the importance of movement conditioning and functional training, along with rehabilitation and injury prevention protocols. 

Since graduating from St Mary's College, Twickenham with a degree in Sports Rehabilitation and Sport Science in 2003, he has worked in many areas of the rehabilitation and fitness industry.  This has included acquired brain injury rehabilitation, personal training, sports therapy, massage therapy and gym management.  His experience and continued quest for knowledge has opened his mind to new and proven techniques that give the results his clients aspire to achieve. 

Darren is an experienced snowboarder and competes nationally in cable wakeboarding.  He achieved 3rd place in the British National Cable Wakeboard Championships (Masters) in July 2010 and is looking forward to a continued competitive and injury free season.

Darren is currently registered and insured through the Register of Exercise Professionals REP's.
