Personal training with Darren will take you through an individual exercise and nutrition programme designed to target your short and
long term goals, with regular monitoring keeping you on track to achieving them. Darren will be there to educate, motivate and guide you to your goals through every step. No one individual is the same, and the way one person reaches his or
her goal may take a completely different path. The only common factors are that achieving any goal
requires commitment, self discipline and hard work, there are no short
cuts to long term achievement.

Buddy Training (2-3 people)
Group exercise is a great way to keep
your motivation going and gives you more drive when your up against it. Training buddy's can offer additional moral support as you push your mental and physical limits. With expert advice and motivation from Darren you can achieve your goals together.
