Boot Camp

These popular group exercise sessions are aimed at those wishing to lose weight, tone up, improve aerobic and anaerobic fitness, increase strength and power, stamina and endurance.  The camps are aimed at both male and female participants of mixed ability, size, shape and age.  All exercises are progressive, but the more you put in the more you get in return.  Commit to the monthly programme and you could achieve the following great results;

Each Boot Camp is limited to a maximum of 10 recruits, creating a personal feel and forming a great team bond amongst the recruits.  The monthly sessions are divided into morning and evening programmes.  The morning Boot Camp is comprised of 3 training sessions a week and the evening is 1 session a week for the duration of each month.  The sessions are varied and designed to keep your body guessing, avoiding the monotonous gym programmes most people fall into.  The Boot Camp will educate you in different exercise methods and techniques and will surprise you with the efforts you can achieve.  The sessions are focused, highly motivational and fun.  Nutritional advice is available to get the most out of your training.

Where

The sessions are split between indoor and outdoor training.

Morning Boot Camp Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 07:00 - 08:00 in Clissold Park, Stoke Newington, N16 (toilet facility available). 

Wednesday and Friday 07:00 - 08:00 in Newington Dance Space, 231 Church St (Studio 4), Stoke Newington, N16 9HP (toilet facility available).

Evening Boot Camp Tuesday and Thursday 19:00 - 20:00 Highbury Field, Islington at the tarmac football pitch, (no toilet facility available)


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cost

Boot Camp is amazing value for money and providing you put in the ground work gets great results.  When you join the boot camp you will participate in highly energetic fat burning, metabolic boosting, muscle defining, fun and challenging group exercise sessions that will not only improve your fitness, but will make you look and feel better than ever!  

Morning Boot Camp £120 / month (minimum 20 sessions a month)

Evening Boot Camp £10 / session
